it is with big sadness to inform you about passing of founder of Euromeetings, Mr. Andreas Brugger. He was the first president since 1979 when the organisation started. More importantly he was for 27 years meeting director of Weltklasse Zurich and made the way for the professional approach in organising our one day meetings. His ideas and concepts will live forever and will be the top example for all of us. At the recent IAAF Awards he recieved the prestigious IAAF President´s Award.

The news came he passed away this morning at age of 91.
